Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests, including your IP address, in order to serve pages.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics, this site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used. Google sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and the pages you visit, and handles them under its own terms. If you decline or make no choice, neither is loaded and no request is sent to Google.

Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months. To change it at any time, use Cookie settings, also in the footer. Declining removes the analytics cookies from your browser.

Google Analytics keeps this data for 2 months, and its cookies last up to 2 years unless you remove them. Google may process the data outside your country, including in the United States.

Why we process this data

We use analytics only with your consent. Cloudflare processes requests because that is how the site is kept available and secure.

Quay Term is responsible for this website. Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, limit how it is used or stop using it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. For a request or a privacy question, email [email protected].

Downloads

Installers are served by GitHub (GitHub Releases). When you download a file, GitHub receives the request and handles it under its own terms.

The app

Quay Term has no telemetry, analytics or crash reporting. Its only automatic network request is the update check against GitHub Releases shortly after launch. You can turn it off in Settings > Terminal, and nothing is downloaded until you click Install. On Windows, the installer may fetch WebView2 from Microsoft if it is missing. See the security page for how this was checked.
